Company overview

Vyasa LLC is an enterprise AI company building agentic reasoning orchestration for critical business operations. Our platform deploys autonomous AI agents that evaluate live business context, make or recommend decisions, and execute actions across workflows such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay, without replacing the ERPs and systems companies already rely on.

We are headquartered in Dublin, California, founded with the mission of giving every enterprise the reasoning capacity of its best operators, operating continuously and at scale.

02

How AI is used in Vyasa

Vyasa integrates AI throughout the enterprise operations workflow:

  • Decision reasoning: AI agents analyze transaction history, payment patterns, customer sentiment, and demand signals to generate structured decisions with ranked actions and confidence scores.
  • Agent orchestration: Specialized agents (Order Capture, Finance, Fulfillment, Collection, Shipment) are coordinated by an AI orchestration layer that decides whether to run them in sequence, in parallel, or conditionally based on live context.
  • Reasoning traces: Every AI decision produces a full step-by-step reasoning trace, surfaced to operators in the Command Center so any action can be understood, audited, or overridden.
  • Precedent learning: The Decision Intelligence Layer stores outcomes and operator feedback as structured precedents, continuously refining the decision graph without retraining from scratch.
  • Exception detection: AI monitors live workflows and flags anomalies, policy violations, or high-risk decisions for human review before action is taken.
03

Human oversight

Vyasa is designed for human-in-the-loop operation. High-stakes actions, such as credit holds, dispute escalations, and large-value approvals, are routed to operators for confirmation. Operators can override any AI recommendation at any time. No consequential action is irreversible without human confirmation where business risk warrants it.

04

Data practices

  • AI models process only the business data provided by the customer under their Enterprise Subscription Agreement.
  • Customer data is never used to train shared or third-party AI models without explicit written consent.
  • Each customer’s decision graph and precedent store are isolated, fully private to that customer.
  • When third-party large language models are used for reasoning tasks, data is processed under enterprise data-handling terms that prohibit training on customer inputs.
05

Third-party AI providers

Certain reasoning capabilities may leverage third-party LLM inference providers. Vyasa evaluates providers against enterprise-grade isolation, data residency, and no-training-on-data commitments before integration. Customers are informed of which providers are active within their instance.

06

Bias, fairness, and accuracy

We test AI outputs for consistency and accuracy before deployment. We monitor production decisions for systematic bias, particularly in credit assessment and collection workflows, and expose monitoring metrics to customer administrators. Customers may flag any suspect decision for human review or escalation.
