Who we are

Vyasa is an enterprise AI company building agentic reasoning orchestration for critical business operations. We give companies the ability to automate complex, judgment-intensive workflows — Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and beyond — without replacing the ERPs and systems they already rely on.

We are headquartered in Dublin, California. Our team combines deep enterprise software experience with applied AI research to build systems that act, reason, and continuously improve.

Our mission

Every company has a small number of operators who deeply understand its business — people who know when to hold a credit line, when to reroute a shipment, and when an exception signals a bigger pattern. Our mission is to encode that reasoning into software that runs at scale, around the clock, without fatigue or inconsistency.

Vyasa is not a workflow tool or an RPA layer. It is an AI platform that observes live business context, applies structured reasoning, and takes action — with full transparency and a human in the loop whenever it matters.

The platform

Vyasa operates across three layers:

• Command Center — A real-time operator view of every decision, exception, and AI-recommended action, with full reasoning traces.
• Agent Orchestration Engine — Specialized agents (Order Capture, Finance, Fulfillment, Collection, Shipment) that coordinate across the Order-to-Cash cycle in sequence, parallel, or conditionally.
• Decision Intelligence Layer — A reasoning engine that stores payment history, demand patterns, sentiment, and precedents to build a decision graph that improves over time.
